The CHC's Administrative Manual was created by the CHC's Board of Directors on January 14, 2000. However, individual sections require specific approval by the Board.
Sections not yet approved will be listed in the "Revision / Date" column as "Draft," along with the date the draft section was modified. Where a section of the Administrative Manual is shown twice in the table below (i.e., an adopted version and a draft version), the draft version reflects changes proposed to the adopted version.
Sections approved by the Board will show simply a revision number and the date of Board approval (e.g., "Revision 3, Adopted 4/30/00").
